    1) When G.HePS call Arena Link, Error was occured.
        미주 Arena 품의 Link 호출 시 임시적 오류 발생
    2) We improved the bug because of the short of SSL Certification Revision Source at the end of 2020
        '20년 12월 말 SSL 인증서 갱신 시 해외 소스 미반영분 반영 완료
