금년 6월 12일에는 그룹의 핵심가치를 지키고 사회적 책임을 준수하면서 더 많은 성과를 창출하고 지속적으로
성장해 나가자는 취지로 정도경영 선포식을 개최하였습니다. 판교 Technoplex에서의 새 출발을 기념하며 임직원
및 계열사, 협력사, 노동조합 관계자분들이 참석하여 정도경영에 대한 공감대를 형성하는 좋은 계기가 되었습니다.

당사는 정도경영 실천을 위해 협력사와 신의성실 원칙에 따라 공정 거래를 지향하며 지속적으로 최대의 성과를
공유하여 상호 이익을 추구하고 있습니다. 이에 객관적이고 공정한 기준으로 협력사를 선정하고 거래하는 모든
협력사에게 평등한 기회를 제공하려고 노력하고 있습니다. 또한 당사 임직원들에게 공정 거래를 저해할 수 있는
부당한 업무 행위를 금지하고 협력사 간 차별적 대우와 비즈니스 상 지위 남용을 엄격히 금지하고 있습니다.
만약 이를 위반할 경우 윤리규정에 따라 엄격히 처벌하고 있으며 이를 예방하기 위해 모든 임직원이 윤리 경영
교육을 받고 윤리규정 준수를 내재화하고 있습니다.

협력사에서 제공하는 금품, 향응, 접대 및 편의 제공 등은 어떠한 사항일지라도 엄격히 금지되고 있으며 특히
경조사 알림 및 참여에 대해서도 금지하고 있습니다. 협력사분들께서도 이러한 당사 방침을 이해해 주시고 적극
동참해 주실 것이라고 믿습니다.

또한 당사는 사이버 감사실(www.hankooktire.com/kr/cyber-audit)을 운영하고 있으며, 당사 임직원을 포함한
다른 협력사들의 부적절한 행위 등에 대해 언제든지 문제 제기를 하실 수 있는 채널이오니 적극적으로 이를
활용해주시길 바랍니다.

Prohibition Policy on Gratuities For Ethical Management

We would like to express our sincere wish that every one of Hankooktire & Technology's Supplier
Partners are safe and remain healthy through the COVID-19.

Hankooktire&Technology is commited to fulfill social responsibility based on "Jeong-do Management"
principles. We are trying to have sustainable growth and global competitiveness based on continual
technology innovation and obtaining satisfactory production results. As we continue to grow together,
we are committed to pursuing mutual interests with stakeholders.

On June 12th of 2020, we had proclamation ceremony of "Jeong-do Management" to secure our group
core values, fulfill social responsibility, and produce satisfactory results to have secure sustainable growth.
At the launch of our new Technoplex, we first introduced the  concept of "Jeong-do Management"
to all attending employees, affiliates, supplier partners, and trade unions in attendance. This included
sharing the future direction of thte principles, providing committee members with a letter of entrustment
of "Jeong-do Management", signing an ethic management practice agreement, and announced the
"Jeong-do Management" code of conduct. This was a perfect opportunity to form a concensus.

We pursue fair trade practices of  "Jeong-do Management" based on the doctrine of good faith, sincerity,
and mutual interests in achieving best results for everone. We select Suppliers by the objective and fair
criteria to provide equal opportunity. We strictly prohibit all discriminative treatment and abusement
of status that can hinder fair trade. We educate all employees to prevent violation and we internalise
to abide by ethics rules. If there is any regulation violation, penalty will be imposed.

So we severly prohibit all possible forms of gratuity including any small gifts, bribery, treats, hospitality,
especially for notice and participation of buyer`s family events.

In addition, we run a Cyber Audit web site (www.hankooktire.com/kr/cyber-audit), and this is an useful
channel to advise of any inappropriate conduct by our employees and other suppliers. Feel free to
utilize this channel at your convenience.
